Carl Davies, Director, has over 30 years experience in managing people with a particular emphasis in the industrial and commercial sectors. Carl has worked in some of New Zealand's best-known companies. His knowledge and experience gained in the recruitment industry led to him specialising in behavioural attitudes and personal attributes analysis. Carl is a certified Behavioural Analyst (CPBA), Values Analyst (CPVA), and Attributes Analyst (CAIA) and is certified in the TriMetrix System.

An expert in his field, Carl is an authority on hiring and selecting talent, benchmarking of jobs, analysis of poor performance, performance development and career development. He is a member of the elite TTI Performance Systems International Faculty, the top tier of worldwide trainers who have immense experience in developing people and improving companies.

Not only is Briar Millar our resident Marketing Manager with a marketing qualification under her belt, she also has a degree in psychology, giving her a thorough understanding of behaviours, attitudes and values.

Briar's marketing experience includes senior event management and project management roles, as well as generalist marketing roles in the wine and print industries. Whilst completing her psychology degree, a part-time job at direct marketing agency Robbins Brandt Richter was the catalyst to a very rewarding career.

She has project-managed many successful industry events and worked with clients such as the Direct Marketing Association, Vodafone, TelstraClear, the Stamford Plaza and the Multi Serve Education Trust.

Tania Sparks manages all of Zenith's administrative functions. Tania has a Diploma in Business Management and over 20 years experience in administrative roles ranging from Office Manager to Executive Assistant. Tania's voice will often be the first one you hear when you contact us at Zenith.

Tania's areas of expertise include coordination of administrative functions, database management, desktop publishing, preparation of various correspondence and other business documentation as well as handling accounts to trial balance.

Tania has worked with a number of companies, both large and small, such as SkyCity, Cobb & Co, Australian Solvent and Chemicals, and Active Rehab Equipment.

As a result of a very rewarding career in personnel and human resources, Ann became an authority on setting up self-managing teams. She has consulted to some of the largest organisations in New Zealand, assisting them to set up high performing teams that achieve results they had previously only dared dream of.

Ann is one of only three Certified Speaking Professionals in New Zealand, and she is a regular speaker at conferences both nationally and internationally, where she brings a humorous, interactive and thought-provoking approach to the challenges of what she calls "getting out of parent/child behaviours and into adult/adult work practices." Ann is also the author of four great books, including Shift Your But, Finding the Square Root of a Banana, Did I Really Employ You? and My Dear Franchisees (co-authored with Carl Davies).

Martin is a Leadership Coach and Mentor who has worked with managers, leaders and directors within a wide range of companies in New Zealand, Australia, Europe and the UK. Martin leads and delivers leadership programmes bringing together an understanding of behaviours and values, with practical models targeted to match the company needs and culture. Martin offers a flexible approach and adapts his style to suit client needs and a focus on results.

Martin is a change specialist who is also a Master Practitioner of NLP and Timeline Therapy, a Certified Behavioural and Values Analyst, and a Certified Attributes Analyst.

Toni Snelgrove is a corporate business psychologist/coach and facilitator who assists executives to live their lives by design rather than default. She has general management experience in the commercial sector and experience in the not-for-profit sector, this gives Toni a depth of experience and knowledge to inspire the executive to make exponential and sustained changes in their lives and business.

Toni has also effectively facilitated a range of sensitive, volatile situations between parties with conflicting interests for various organisations. In addition, she develops and continues to run one-day group coaching courses on Interactive Facilitation and Public Speaking Skills.

Jayne is a specialist executive coach and facilitator who is currently working with team leaders, managers and directors within some of New Zealand's largest organisations. Jayne provides inspirational and supportive coaching, through challenging individuals and groups to discover their own passion, style and direction. She is passionate about achieving results, being action focused and enjoys having fun along the way. Her passion also includes working with emerging leaders, providing individual challenging support and working with organisations to develop key talent and leaders within the business.

Pat Williams is an experienced business coach who initially began his career as an accountant. He attained his first general management position at the age of 27, and since that time has been involved as Managing Director or General Manager in many industries, including manufacturing, finance, importing, professional services, publishing and printing, and primary produce. Pat has strong leadership, mentoring, consulting and coaching abilities. Accomplished and professional, Pat has earned a reputation for effective coaching and business solutions with companies with staff numbers ranging from individual owner operators to 2,300.
