COMMUNICATION TOOLS & SEMINARS

 

Our tools enable people to grow their communication skills to create better relationships with managers, team members and customers.  Understanding their own behaviours, attitudes and values gives people insight into others.

 

 

Throughout history, achievers have had one thing in common - they know themselves.  They know their own limitations and, by realising their weaknesses, are able to develop plans to overcome their shortcomings and take advantage of their strengths.

 

Achievers also know that succeeding means gaining the cooperation of others.  This requires an ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.  Through this seminar participants learn to communicate with key people in a more meaningful way creating a greater number of win-win situations.  This is an interactive and fun seminar that truly engages people and their behaviours.

 

The seminar is conducted in two steps:

 

 

Each employee completes a Behavioural Assessment (DISC), which generates a report.  Zenith then debrief on the assessment with the employee, giving them a full understanding of their own behaviour and communication styles.

 

 

All employees attend a half-day or full-day seminar where the team come together to learn how to communicate effectively with others.  Through an awareness of self comes an appreciation of others.

 

As a result of this process, employees gain insight into themselves and their colleagues.  This in turn creates an atmosphere of tolerance and understanding to reduce communication barriers and increase team dynamics in the workplace.
