The TriMetrix™ System involves a three-step process:
 
Step One The Job
 
After the establishment of Key Performance Indicators and Accountabilities, the job is assessed across three separate areas.  These are:
  • Attributes that the job requires for successful performance (what personal talents does the job require?)
  • Values that a specific job rewards (what does it reinforce?)
  • Behavioural traits that the job demands (what behaviours are necessary for success in this job?)
Step Two The Talent
 
Each person (where applicable) is assessed across three separate areas.  This provides insight into a person's:
  • Attributes (personal talents and abilities)
  • Values and Motivators (motivators, attitudes and values)
  • Behaviours (how will they carry out the job?)
Step Three Evaluation
 
The comparison report lines up a person or group of people against the exact attributes, rewards culture and behaviours that the job requires.  This gives a detailed, accurate and unbiased comparison between the person's talents and the job's requirements.
 
It is very difficult to find or retain the "perfect person".  Knowing exactly where the gaps are, by using the TriMetrix™ System you are in a strong position to develop the behaviours, attitudes and abilities that are key to success in the job.
